30 Day Habit Change – Waking up At 6am Day 15

Today marks the 15th day of waking up at 6am experiment. Since the last update, I have been facing the challenge to stay focus. My alarm will go off at 6am but I will get up at 6:30am. Why? The answer to that question is me going to sleep later than 11pm. I have allowed certain things to distract me when it was time for bed. This does effects my personal commitment for this experiment. I have felt discouraged because I wasn’t following my rules I set. Those emotions of being upset at yourself because you didn’t follow suite everyday. These have been things that have dawn on me and lingered around.
I feel good that I am still committed throughout those slight mishaps and unpleasant feelings. I am believer of not quiting and at this point I don’t want to quit because it’s fulfillment for me waking up at 6am. From this post until my next upate, my goals are:

- Refocus
- Not to be so hard on myself
