This morning I woke up late for a meeting that never happen due to the individual not showing. Go Figure! After that I started recording more demos for Delayed Gratification. I love the convenience of recording at home at your own time and error. I can do as many takes as I want.

I decided to use my midi keyboard to figure out some harmonies for a apart I was singing in a song. It took me a minute, but I managed to create some harmonies based on minor 3rds. I’m not as skilled in creating harmonies. I tend to sing octaves of the melody when I’m attempting to harmonize.  Sometimes that’s cool and other times it’s not when you’re looking for a lush sounding harmony.
