The other day I signed up to volunteer for The Salvation Army in Minneapolis, MN during the Christmas holiday. My duty will include meal preparation. This is my first time giving back in this manner. I am proud of myself and very excited to help others.

Next year I would like to create an event and/or go out in the community during the holiday season. I envision us (TeamDanami) all working together helping others. That’d be cool! What if we organized small performances in shelter centers for the youth across the city? Yeah, I like that!
